Dresden - Paulaner's Im Taschenbergpalais
We had a quick lunch here on our way from Berlin to Prague. As we didn’t get any wiener schnitzel in Berlin, this was the last chance before we left Germany. It’s a quiet restaurant in a tourist area. The restaurant is really old fashioned but it serves food for a hotel next door that looks very fine, and there was clean and nice. The service was friendly. The food was made as we ordered it. No premade schnitzels. The dish was alright, not outstanding or memorable. But I think it was traditionally made. We got what we came for, and there was plenty of food. Okay prices for a place with loads of tourists. Then we got to see a little part of Dresden as well. Beautiful place but maybe a little boring for someone on our age.
