The restaurant is
placed in "Den Sorte Diamant" (The Black Diamond), which is known for
its architecture and is housing The Royal Library. It's a very modern
restaurant, and the food is no exception. There is a nice view over the canal.
The service is professional, and the food is very tasteful. I was here with
colleagues, and I could absolutely come back in a private matter. It is Danish
gourmet with a twist of French cuisine. I took a quick look at the a la carte menu, the day I was in there...one of the dishes was sheep
testicles. Well, my male colleagues weren't thrilled about the French twist in
this particular case.
