Sticks n' sushi - Istedgade
You are seated around large tables, where you sit among other guests. It’s a little tricky to get in and out from the tables, as you sit very close to the guest next to you, and it is low benches. During the night it gets a little annoying to sit like this. For a short dinner it’s fine. The description is exactly the same as for any other sticks n’ sushi restaurant. The atmosphere is busy, but the waiters seems to be used to the hectic environment, and they keep the spirit and service on a high level. The food is great as always. I have had food from Stick n’ sushi many….many, many times, and it has never ever been a bad experience from either of the restaurants. The wine card is also great, and they can deliver pretty much any variety of taste you’d dream of. The range of sushi dishes is rather extensive and it’s always freshly prepared. I love the busy atmosphere. I think you either love or hate it. I don’t expect waiters to be standing by my table constantly. I know we have to think 30 minutes ahead and order in time. If you know it up front, it’s not a problem. Prices are quite high – but isn’t it always for sushi? As long as it’s worth it. Sticks n’ sushi is worth the money. I would probably chose one of the sister restaurants rather than this one. Only because of the seating. Service, food, wine and prices are the same.
