Prague - The Alcron
Super small and fine Michelin restaurant in an embassy area of Prague. It is located in a Radisson hotel, and doesn’t look like a big deal from the outside. But it is really unique inside. Very small restaurant with room for 24 guests. This gives a lot of attention to the few guests. Fine service and delicious and experimental food. Here you can enjoy Malibu gel with salmon or raspberry foam with tuna sashimi. Only minus is that they like to serve some local wines. Local wines are okay to try. They are not great wine producers however, but we are fine with trying new things. But the thing is, that they import the grapes from France and make the wine in Czech Republic, so it’s not really local anyway and it doesn’t taste that great. But everything else was outstanding, and the prices are only half of what we are used to in Denmark.
