Geranium
Geranium is a 2-starred Michelin restaurant in it's best sense. If you want to be blown away and try food in a new dimension, this is a good place to be. The food is experimental and a little weird. But everything tasted absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too weird to compromise the taste. We had a partial wine/juice pairing to all of the 19 dishes. There are only 2 options on the menu. The Dishes, which was the way we chose, and The Universe Tasting Menu, which is even more crazy. So you can go crazy or insane. There are no half solutions. The chef Rasmus Kofoed is one of the most talented chefs in the world. He has a phenomenal interest for extreme food, and the wine list is spectacular. The visit is very expensive, so I wouldn't recommend to bring someone who doesn't appreciate an extraordinary food experience. The restaurant is located on the 8th floor in one of the towers in the soccer stadium, Parken, with I view over the park called, Fælledparken. The décor is very modern. The food is also modern, experimental and Nordic inspired.
