We had dinner at this awesome restaurant. They serve slow food in the best possible way. Moist and tender meat whether we are talking about duck or beef. The chef use the technique Sous-Vide where the food is cooked very slowly at a low temperature. Strawberry dessert in multiple varieties was a huge success, even though I was so full after the great main course. Exciting and creative food. I love the modern and stylish décor and the friendly service. Great wine list by the glass. The concept is, that they recommend a certain glass of wine for each dish, which you can buy by the glass only. Non-smoking accommodations. Prices are really fair.
